Cedric Burrell, Sr., who was found worthy of the name “Crawfish King” by his customers, revolutionized the industry with his signature seasoning and authentic Louisiana boiled seafood. Those customers enjoyed his unique Cajun flavor. Cedric has been in business for nearly twenty years as Best Boilers was just a dream; however, it has been a reality that he has enjoyed and looks to enjoy for many years to come. This consistent seafood boiling company has boiled/sold over 2 million pounds of crawfish. Cedric has opened two successful seafood restaurants and catered for many large corporations. 

There are no signs of slowing down for this success hungry entrepreneur as he is currently branding a signature seafood boil, fish fry, chicken fry, creole lemon pepper seasoning and Cajun all-purpose seasoning via his business, Bayou’s Best Seasonings. In addition, he has launched his own t-shirt line, Cajun Talk Tees!
